A modern-day globally enlightened supply chain executive, negotiator, and proven dealmaker with 25 years of experience across health, NGO, construction, mining, automotive, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and warehousing sectors.
Dr Chivero has held numerous challenging supply chain management roles and possesses a strong working knowledge of various improvement methodologies. He is well-versed in all aspects of Supply Chain Management with a solid business strategy acumen, able to integrate information and knowledge resources to design and manage solutions that reduce costs and enhance revenue and profitability.
He holds an MBA and is MCIPS certified, with a PhD in Business Management.
Fedrick Maoka
Chief Financial Officer
A dedicated financial accountant with over 18 years of experience in managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, and implementing robust financial controls. He has a proven track record of optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Adept at analyzing complex financial data and providing strategic insights to support informed decision-making, with strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy. Specializing in financial management, he excels in overseeing company finances and maintaining accurate accounts.
With experience spanning since 2004, he has served in diverse financial roles, from Superannuation Funds to currently managing finances for donor-funded entities, including USAID projects.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and is currently pursuing the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation.
Dr Abel Dzuke
Chief Operations Officer
With over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management across both Private Sector (Manufacturing and FMCG) and Public Procurement at senior levels, Dr Dzuke brings exceptional operational expertise to Waveline Group.
He teaches Supply Chain Management at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has written and published widely in the field, while also serving as an academic reviewer for several Supply Chain Management journals.
Dr Dzuke is a contributing author for the World Bank's Doing Business Series and has consulted for numerous organizations in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and serves on the Education Committee for the Africa Institute for Supply Chain Research.
He holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, MBA, BCom, HND, and various certificates in Supply Chain Management.
